Master your Team Time Trial strategy with precision. This tool helps team captains analyze rider capabilities, optimize power distribution, and create winning race plans for WTRL and other TTT events.

Important: Use accurate FTP values for riders, as they're critical for power output and IF calculations.
Add New Rider(s) to Roster
Either enter Zwift IDs in the first box or enter Rider Name, Weight, Height, and FTP below.

  1. Set the team name (optional).
  2. Add riders to the roster using Zwift IDs or manually.
  3. Edit rider details as needed.
  4. Move up to 8 riders from the roster to the race sheet, drag and drop or use the icon to move all to race sheet or icon to move them individually.
  5. Set an appropriate target speed.
  6. Adjust the pull power or duration for each rider to set an appropriate Intensity Factor (IF) - 100% is a good starting point
  7. Some columns can be sorted with the icon.
  8. Drag riders to change the order.
  9. Hover over the icons for more information.
  10. Warning icons indicate potential issues with pull powers. More information can be found by hovering over them.
  11. Generate an image using icon.
  12. Reset everything using the icon.
